The Shirin Mehtaji Competition 2014
Announcement and Call for Abstracts
The 13th Board of Trustees of the Association of Medical Women in India (Mumbai Branch) invites papers for presentation in the annual Shirin Mehtaji Paper Presentation Competition for post-graduate students in all specialties.
DATE: Saturday 5th July 2014, 12.30pm-4.30pm
VENUE: Nowrosji Wadia Maternity Hospital, Parel. Mumbai 400012
ELIGIBILITY: Male and female post-graduate students who have completed their internship on or after 2009
PAPERS ACCEPTED: Entries are welcome from all specialties. Studies, trials, clinical research, case series, audits, reviews, basic science research. Case reports not eligible.
How to participate:
The following to be sent to or handed over to Dr Sarita Bhalerao or Dr Geetha Balsarkar at Nowrosji Wadia Maternity Hospital, Parel. Mumbai 400012. The envelope must be labelled "Shirin Mehtaji Competiton 2014"
- Structured abstract of not more than 250 words - 2 printed copies.
- One copy of internship completion certificate
- A letter from the Unit Head/ Head of Dept. stating that the research work is the student's original work done under his/her guidance.
